Power Saving mode is the exclusive function in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system. Many of smartphone users complaint about the battery drain issue especially for those heavy users in game or movie. This power saving mode helps in saving battery in such a way that to limit the maximum CPU performance, reduces the screen frame rate and lower the brightness.
How to Customize Power Saving Feature On Samsung Galaxy Note 2
1. Go to Settings. Slide to activate Power Saving Mode.
2. Under Power Saving Mode, there are four options including CPU power saving, Screen power saving, Background colour and Turn off haptic feedback. You can choose to activate all of them or else choose the most battery-drain feature.
3. If you do not understand the exact function of each option, press on Learn about Power saving mode. A brief explanation on how this feature save the battery life will be provided.
