Official Verizon Galaxy Nexus 4.2.2 Update Leaks

Nowadays, it is all matter of new smartphone introduction by Samsung, HTC, LG, Apple etc as well as the latest Android Jelly Bean update on certain devices. Please do not get bored of the news that we going to bring to you next.


According to the Android Police, the official Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for Verizon Galaxy Nexus had leaked recently. Galaxy Nexus is considered the last in Nexus family to receive the latest release of Jelly Bean after waiting for four months since Jelly Bean 4.2.2 was released.

You may not receive the update notification by today but it will be available mostly this week or month as Verizon is currently testing the software on Galaxy Nexus. If you are eager to test Android 4.2.2 on Galaxy Nexus, you may download it right now.

In order to update to Android 4.2.2, you need to have official 4.1.1 build JRO03O on Galaxy Nexus. In case, you have ported custom rom in your device, please flash back to older version. Do not try any foolish if you are not sure what are you going to do.

    Verizon actually manages to release 4.2.2 only about 1 month after it’s officially out
