Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini have been officially launch in Asia recently but yet this device running Android 4.1.1. At this stage, Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini running Android 4.1.2 is only available in Indonesia and Vietnam. It is expected for Android 4.1.2 official OTA update to other area Asia beginning of January 2013.
