Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean Comes Late for Samsung Galaxy S2 & Note, Not Again!

Errrrrrrr!!! Is this your expression when you read the title? Believe me, that every Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note users will feel the same pain as Samsung Sweden announced the bad news. Previously, Samsung Sweden reported in October that Android 4.1.X Jelly Bean official update will be available in November. Until then, no official OTA update have ever seen while Samsung keep on postpone the release date.

It has been in the mid of December now but still no word from Samsung of the official release date of Android 4.1.2 on Galaxy S2 and Galaxy Note. We are expecting the early of year 2013 since the situation now deteriorated with big leak in Samsung’s Exynos processor. Samsung is most probably solving Exynos exploit issue now while preparing Jelly Bean update for both devices.

If you are eager to taste Android 4.2, you may consider searching for the alternative way unofficially. Please bear in mind that update to Jelly Bean unofficially meaning the warranty of your phone is void. Think twice before action.
