It still considered late to receive the Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean for Canadian Samsung Galaxy S3 since most of the area received in last month. But, we believe Canadian users will still enlighten by the Official OTA update from Samsung. With the upgraded Jelly Bean, users are expected to have improved performance, more features to play with, and slightly changed TouchWiz UI.
As Samsung Canada posted on Twitter, the official OTA update will be available by next Monday, Dec 3rd. Some of the users may not able to update via OTA due to the congestion, you may consider to update via Samsung Kies. It is so often that Samsung Kies will sense of the availability of official update faster and earlier than OTA.
