Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is still selling fast in the market while Samsung already preparing another Android devices with 1.7GHz dual core EXYNOS 5250 processor. This has been reported by Japanese blogs, Blue Ringer Men, that a SoC generation of ultra-high-performance Cortex A15 Exynos 5250 equipped on GT-B9150 Galaxy devices have appeared in the GL Benchmark.
According to the GL Benchmark, here are some confirmed information/specifications regarding to Samsung GT-B9150 device.
- Exynos 5250 1.7GHz Dual Core Processor
- Android 4.1.1 Platform
- Screen size of 1280×672 pixels
- Wifi-only model
According to Samsung’s practice, B series phone will mostly be QWERTY Android based devices. Does it mean that GT-B9150 will be another Samsung’s QWERTY phone which running Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean with 1.7GHz CPU? Or it will be the rumored Samsung Galaxy Q.
