Good news for Singaporean as Samsung is going to bring Samsung Galaxy Note 2 to Singapore tentatively on 19th October. Thanks again to HWZ for bringing the good news to the world as they received the information from reliable sources by today. It have been proven from the past that this reliable sources indeed accurately “predicted” the launch of iPhone 5 and Samsung Galaxy S3, and we believe it will happens again this time.
In the meanwhile, Samsung Mobile Singapore Facebook also held a Galaxy Note 2 LTE Fans Exclusive Preview event that you may bring a brand new Galaxy Note 2 LTE home. Here are the details of the event as captured in their Facebook page.

Unfortunately to say that only 4G version of Galaxy Note 2 will be launched in Singapore where there is no plans to bring in 3G variant at the time.
