Samsung had just denied the rumor that Samsung Galaxy S4 will be launched on Feb 2012 but at the other hand, Samsung are suspected to enter mass production of 2GB LPDDR3 ram and 128GB memory.
The existing smartphone can only support up to 64GB internal storage with expandable to another 64GB utilizing micro-SD slot. With the introduction of 128GB memory by Samsung, it indeed a good news to smartphone users foreseeing of the existence of higher resolution of photo and video in the near future. Besides of the enhanced storage capacity, the chip are expected to be faster than the existing products.
In addition to the larger storage capacity, Samsung are also suspected to produce the 2GB LPDDR3 ram which is said to be 50% faster than LPDDR2. According to Wikipedia, LPDDR3 offers a higher data rate, greater bandwidth and power efficiency, and higher memory density. LPDDR3 enable a data transfer rate of 1600Mbps, which equal to transmission rates up to 12.8GB/s. With the latest technology from Samsung, the most anticipated Android phone could most probably coming from Korean giant again.
