As what I notice from the unofficial development stage of Jelly Bean ROM in XDA for different devices, HTC HD2 is among the most developed devices as developers are so often in releasing update for JB ROM. For this instant, there are 4-5 unofficial Jelly Bean ROM (I don’t think there is official JB) for HTC HD2 available in XDA HD2 development platform where you can also find the famous CM10 build in the list. HTC HD2, originally with Windows Mobile 6.5, has successfully ported with Android (Gingerbread, Ice cream Sandwich), Windows Phone 7 and now with Jelly Bean, Android latest version. I myself have tried 2 out of 5 JB ROM and really impressed with the compatibility of old hardware with the latest Android version. But, do not expect too much in the speed performance and stability of some features since HTC HD2 is a 3-year-old phone where some hardware may obsolete.

I must say this is the best JB ROM I have tried till today. In term of stability, it is quite stable in term of no force-close for normal daily use. I could also say that the performance in term of speed is quite convincing but do not expect to be faster than high-end smartphone like Samsung Galaxy S3. This ROM has embedded the latest HWA kernel (thanks to securecrt and tytung) which ensure smoothness of task-performing activities. There is only one feature that alloying me is the big softkey size. It reduce the display significantly and it block the icon that put on the man page. If you feel the same, you can always flash softkeys buttons deactivator to disable the softkeys.

2. [3RD Aug]JellyBean Alpha 5 for HD2 [KERN: SecureCRT HWA]
This is the first JB ROM appeared in XDA forums and among the best JB ROM I have tried. As compared to the previous ROM, it still encountering some camera crash issue where phone will reboot once camera was used. For now, you can try to install external camera apps in order to use the camera feature. Some members report the good news that camera was fully working with Camera 360 app installed. 3. [28-07-12][ROM] PARANOID JELLYBEAN HD2 ALPHA 2 [HYBRID/CM10][A2SD][tytung_HWA_r3.2]
Paranoid ICS ROM is so famous for its stability, reliability and awesome features in the ROM. Paranoid is again come with awesome Jelly Bean customized ROM with Evervolv Nightly 20120722 and CM10 nightlies as system base. It shall share the common bugs as CM10 and camera malfunction (common issue in other JB ROM). As now, this ROM is only in Alpha version where multilanguage is not supported. 4. [28-07-2012][ROM] AOKP JELLYBEAN ALPHA 1 [HWA][4.1.1][tytung_HWA_r3.2]
This is another ROM build based on evervolv nightlies and also GNex aokp jellybean preview 5. A special thanks to team evervolv for cooking such a nice ROM for HD2 users. Within this ROM, the famous Nova launcher is also included where you can easily customize the layout of your device. Different from Paranoid, AOKP ROM supports multilanguage.
