For those who live in USA and pre-order Nexus 7, you are so lucky to get your new Google Nexus 7 latest by this week. But now, you are not alone since Google begins shipping Nexus 7 pre-order to more countries includes Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.
A statement on the Google Play support page that confirms with the news that the orders are sent to customers in Australia, Canada and United Kingdom by today – July 17th.
Customers who received their confirmation email on Friday, July 13 can expect delivery on Tuesday, July 17. Once your order has shipped you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking number. You’ll be able to track your shipment with this tracking number as soon as it has been activated, which may take up to one business day after the email with your tracking number has been sent to you.

So as for Malaysia & Singapore, you may need to wait for Google’s announcement. I anticipate the pre-order may start at Asia area by these two weeks. Let’s see whether my guess is realized.
