It is quite common for a computer newbie who encounter pc abnormlity problems that are hardly solved. In order to solve these problems, there are two method to be used where one of them is format the pc while the other method is to undergo restoration using system restore. By doing the system restore, you can restore the setting in your pc to the day where abnormality does not exist. For those document created within this period they will be deleted during the restoration process.
There is an optional for you to choose which day to be used as the restore point. As you do so, you need to manually set the restore point as I will show you later. For your information, you can also configure your pc to set the restore point automatically. Normally for the automatic mode, the restore point will be set after installation of any software.

Step to set restore point:

1. Open Start Menu, click on Computer

2. Click on the System Properties, a new window will emerge.

3. Follow by clicking on the system protection as shown in the picture above.

4. Another windows will emerge, from there you can create a restore point

PS: restore point may consume a lot of harddisk space, periodic deletion of old restore point may be needed.
